Take Me

Take me to the beach
where sand warms our feet
and waves caress our toes.

Take me at sunset
when honey-colored light
bathes our skin.

Take me by the hand
while we share thoughts,
feelings, and dreams.

Take me to our home,
a comfortable, happy,
relaxing haven.

Take me in your arms,
powerful and strong
guarding me from harm.

Take me to our room
a sanctuary where we
laugh and love.

Take me to your chest
where hearts beat as one
and sparks radiate.

Take me to your lips
warm, firm, yet tender,
and passionate.

Take me to our bed
where we explore, please,
and join as one.

Please do not forget that Literary Revelations will publish Full Moon Confessions by Tracey Anne at the end of September. The art on the cover is done by Hikari – a wonderful Japanese artist.
